If I place my order today, when will I receive my KKAÖ products?

ORDERS WITHIN THE USA :  Please allow up to 5-14 business days for order processing and after please allow 2-5 business days for shipping for KKAÖ Beauty Products. KKAO HAIR ORDERS take 3 weeks for order processing and 7 business days for shipping ( * please do not order if you are in a haste, we do not have control over order processing time and shipping for wigs*

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA: Please allow up to 3 weeks- 1.5 months for order processing and shipping for KKAÖ Beauty Products. PLEASE NOTE: We do not have control over orders being held up at customs and any shipping delays caused by the shipping company and international borders. KKAO HAIR ORDERS take 3 weeks for order processing and 3 weeks- 1.5 months for shopping- * please do not order if you are in a haste, we do not have control over order processing time and shipping for wigs*

Presale:

  • Please take note of products available for presale. These products will be shipped out approximately around the date noted. If you have ordered a product that is available for presale, your entire order will be shipped out around the approximated shipment arrival date.

    Due to holiday season, you may experience unexpected shipment delays due to USPS and their high volume of shipments.

KKAÖ orders are shipped only during our business hours which are 10am to 4pm from Monday to Friday.

Please note that holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

     When will I receive my KKAÖ products if I want expedited shipping? 

    • KKAÖ does not offer expedited shipping!!! 

    Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    • KKAÖ products will not ship to PO boxes.
    My billing address is different than my shipping address. Is this fine?
    •  Unfortunately, it is not fine. In an effort to reduce fraudulent transactions, KKAÖ LLC will ONLY ship to the billing address associated with the credit card used for your payment.
    I ordered online, but now want to change it or cancel it, can I?
    •  Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, order processing begins. As a result, order modifications and cancellations are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

    KKAÖ LLC encourages customers to carefully review their orders before submission.

    Can I get a refund or exchange my KKAÖ products?

    •  KKAÖ LLC does not issue refunds nor does exchanges on any KKAÖ beauty products or KKAÖ hair units.
    •  KKAÖ Hair Units are all made per order, as such, we DO NOT ACCEPT any exchanges, refunds or cancellations.
    • In addition, Federal law does not permit the return human hair products that have been used or handled in any way. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hygiene concerns and federal law.

    We hope that you understand and carefully choose the products that best suits your needs!

    What do I do if my order is delayed?

    • We strongly advise against waiting until the last minute to place your order.
    • We suggest you plan for unanticipated delays.
    • We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

    Does KKAÖ Hair offer wholesale?
    •  KKAÖ Hair does offer wholesale purchases.
