How to Contour Based on Face Shapes

1) Oblong Face- this face is almost twice as long as it is wide. Contour horizontally to create an illusion of width and to shorten the face.
2) Square Face- this face is angular , has a strong jawline and is the same length and width. Contour to soften the squared edges and help create more roundness.
3) Diamond Face- the cheekbone is the widest part of this face, with a narrow hairline and chin. Contour the forehead and cheeks to soften the angular appearance of the face
4) Round Face- the round face is short and round with soft features. The cheekbones are the widest part of this face. Contour for a more angular look and to create an illusion of length
5) Heart Face- cheekbones are widest part of this face with a pointy chin and sometimes times, a widows peak . Contour to narrow the forehead and to make the chin appear rounder
6) Oval Face- this is the most common face shape. The forehead is usually the widest part of this face. The face is longer than it is wide. Contour to make the forehead appear smaller, to sculpt the cheekbones and to shorten the face.
Hope this helps!💖
